Maria,
I would like to thank you and
your family for helping Bobby with college. It is greatly needed by us at
this time. You have a wonderful family. I am looking forward to seeing you
and everyone involved with the Dean Michael Clarizio Cancer Foundation. We
went on his web-site and got to know him. He was a very special person.

For months now I have tried to
compose a letter of thanks for our new living room furniture. I could never
express my true feelings in words. I am at a true lose of expression.
Every time, you think the world is so cruel and un-kind somebody somewhere
shows such un-believable kindness that it totally bowls you over.
Frank has liver cancer and is
fighting a brave fight and we are hopeful that the end result will be a
positive one. He is participating in two clinical trials that have had some
success in other patients. So, with a little luck and God’s wishes he could
recover. The living room furniture is absolutely lovely and Frank is
enjoying it so much. He can’t go very far without feeling weak and I work
so he is really stuck at home. Most days he is lounging around in the
living room. You have made his life so much easier; he finally has
something wonderful to sit on. With some luck, someday, we can replace this
kindness in return.
